Need an extra room for storage or an office? You would get two rooms(will consider renting each room individually but would prefer 1 person). Shared access to common areas… bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, backyard. But you would have your own full-size french door refridgerator.
Home has gigabit internet, multiple streaming services, surround sound 4k oled tv setup, video game and vinyl record friendly.
Only a couple of blocks away from 6th Ave, filled with restaurants/bars and shops.
All utilities included. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Home has two cats already that don’t get along with other animals.
6 month lease, month to month afterwards.
