The apartment has hardwood floors throughout the main areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. It is a top-floor unit in a two-floor building, and it has its own private entrance, with stairs leading up to the apartment for a more private feel.

Rent, utilities, and Wi-Fi are no more than $700/month total, with the amount varying slightly depending on usage.

The community also has great amenities including a pool, gym, park, and dog park.

Im 23, a hairstylist, and very friendly, respectful, and considerate. I like to keep my home clean, peaceful, and low-stress, and I really value communication, responsibility, and being respectful of shared space. In my free time I like to workout go to church and hang with friends! I live with my dog, Blondie, who is 1 year old, potty trained, and very sweet, loving, and cuddly.
