About the room
Great Location , Great floor Plan , you will have the choice of upstairs all to yourself and includes a side bedroom if you ever have guests.. Full bathroom as well.. great neighborhood and close to stores and few minutes to freeway. The other room is downstairs and comes with a full bathroom in the room and the room is much bigger then seen in the photo.. Tv’s in both rooms and firat comes first choice… Message me for more photos. Also there is a terrace out on the side of the house to have breakfast or tea or you could lay out and enjoy some sun and even BBq on the weekends.
About the roomies
I am the owner and I will be renting out the house to 2 people. House is cozy and comes with all utilities, Electric, Water and Trash and Internet. Lots of Parking. I will be living in the side house and am very easy going and not home a few months out of the year.
