About the room

In a two-story home, I have two bedrooms available on the second floor. The master bedroom is $1,500 and the other room for $1,300. You will have access to the entire house and kitchen privileges. Utilities are included: Internet, Gas, Water, Electricity, Washer, and Dryer. Parking is on the driveway of the house and/or in the garage. The house is in a gated community accessible by a remote control. The security deposit is only $500. It is a twelve (12) month lease and then it turns into a month-to-month. I am the homeowner and live on the first floor. You will be sharing the house with a male. I am a working professional with an established career. I am looking for clean housemates, male or female. No pets, No smoking, and No parties. We conduct background checks and run your credit report.
