Hi, I’m moving due to my work, so I’m looking for someone to take my place in my apartment.

The apartment is withing walking distance of both a bus stop and a shopping center that has a Giant supermarket, a Panera, and a really good pizza place. There is also a 24-hour gas station and convenience store across the street.

The apartment complex has parking lots, a gym, a pool (during the warm months), a park, and is pet friendly. Our second-floor unit has its own washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a shower with tub, and gigabit internet. Utilities are included in the rent, but the electric bill is separate.

I’ve enjoyed living here for two years with my nonbinary roommate, Max. They’re 31 and far too modest about how good of a baker they are. They don’t drink, smoke, or party, and they wear headphones when they chat with their online friends. They haven’t been opposed to me drinking or being high in the apartment, and they’re pretty chill over all.
