The room that’s for rent - good size walk-in closet, there’s a desk and bed and still enough size to move around comfortably, comes fully furnished and there’s a shared bathroom.
Modern house comes fully furnished - It has a washer and dryer, microwave, TV, air conditioning and a small patio.
Most utilities are included except electricity and wifi. The landlady is really nice and needs to approve the roommate. I can share details over chat.
