No couples sorry, It’s basically the bottom room, with 4 bedrooms upstairs. You have a shared bathroom technically that’s right outside the room but it will be yours mainly. You have access to the backyard, garage and own parking spot. Property upkeep is maintained by the owner who is also very sweet! You have a beautiful living room, dining room and kitchen with your own spaces and cabinets, along with fridge space. The backyard has a bon fire pit you can access whenever plus a working grill area with a working sink! Free to smoke but outside of the property, everybody here is more of an edibles type tho. 😂 You also have the park down the street, basically 5 min walk. A bit more down the street you have a small shopping center as well, not to mention the donkeys you get to see every now and then! You also have hills around, which Im sure have trails, just never walked them myself. House is bug free, has not had rodents or any real issues! I am moving out before my lease is up which ends August! You would be taking over my lease until then, once August is up you could redo your own lease as soon as it is up! Rent for April is covered! It would be 850 for May. You also have 5 days to be late after that you do have a 50$ late fee added onto rent. Hit me up to schedule a tour ! Only reason I’m leaving is for a family emergency, but otherwise I love this place.

Roommates are wonderful, keep to themselves, are tidy and respectful. In total you’d have 4 roommates. All super chill and literally aren’t problematic at all 🌟 Landowner is very sweet, and neighborhood is so chill.
