The duplex is located in a very nice neighborhood close to EOU and a 15 minute walk to downtown. You’ll have your own room with ample storage space including part of the garage, a closet(in bedroom) and a hallway closet for your things. As well as your own bathroom with a tub and shower located right outside of your bedroom. The home features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and built-in microwave, plus lots of pantry storage. You’re welcome to bring your own items to personalize the kitchen and living areas and make the space feel like home. There are washer and dryer hookups available. My current roommate is moving out and taking theirs, so I’ll be getting new units soon. If you have an ESA letter, you’re welcome to bring your animal. You’ll just need to provide proof of vaccinations, and dogs must have a county dog tag. The property is managed through Eagle Cap Realty, so you’ll need to pass a background check to be approved.

Hey! I’m a pretty laid-back, easygoing person who values a calm, stress-free home environment—especially since I work 40+ hours a week and like to come home to somewhere relaxing. I’m communicative, respectful, and drama-free, and I appreciate living with people who are the same.

I’m a bit of a nerd at heart—I enjoy video games, music, and artsy/creative things. I’m also fairly social and like to have the occasional game night with friends, think “laughing over board games” not “wild house parties”.

I have two animals: An opinionated, chaotic three-legged cat and a small dog, with a heart of gold.So you’d need to be okay with animals.
