Private room w/ private bathroom in Tahoe Park near med center! I am leaving a little before my lease ends in August and both of my roommates want to renew so I am looking for someone who is interested in being added on for the next few months and then wanting to renew with them.

• they have a small dog and cat, additional animal allowed but they would have to coexist peacefully.
• Property management requires an official application (45$ fee) prior to lease takeover.
• LGBTQ friendly household will only consider women or nonbinary people.
• water is included only utilities are SMUD (around 65$ a month sometimes depending on usage) and WiFi (about 18$ 3 ways).
• deposit: 810$
• first month rent will be prorated from move in date.
• room is currently painted so of course if red isn’t your cup of tea it can be repainted.

Roommates are great people! I am only moving to be with someone otherwise I would stay. One is a student at sac state the other works for the state. Only willing to consider other LGBTQ PEOPLE at the time being (women or nonbinary welcome). Everyone is tidy and comfortable to live with, great communicators as well. I’m only leaving a little early to help my partner get a place in the area otherwise I’d stay.
