Quiet little separate studio cottage surrounded by gardens with a semi private patio. Kitchen, Bathroom, sleeping loft, washer/dryer access in basement of main house. 1 year lease (which can be renewed).

I am a quiet senior who is busy taking care of my property or doing other things. There are generally 3 or 4 people living on the property. Most important rule is to respect each other. The goal is for people to have a safe, aesthetically calming, lovely place to live. Neighborhood is filled with people walking, walking their dogs, or walking their kids to and from school. Mostly single family homes. Always looking for someone who appreciates gardening. If you are willing to work in the garden, you will be able to have some food from it. Otherwise, the fruits of my labor are off limits unless I give you some!
