I have a three bedroom home and I rent out one bedroom with your own bathroom. You will need to furnish any tv and internet. Everything else is included except groceries.
About the roomies
I would prefer female around my age ( I’m 61) I don’t allow over night guest and I do have a German Shepard so anyone with a cat would not be permitted. She’s is very friendly and loves attention.
