Located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood - minutes from Flatiron Crossing Mall, Starbucks, Walmart, Safeway, restaurants, and a few minute walk to a bus stop. 20 minutes from downtown Boulder, 30 minutes from downtown Denver.

Move in date: May 31 Possibly sooner, if needed.

The home is cozy, clean, and calm. You’ll have access to an additional closet for extra storage, plus a two-car garage. Shared spaces are always kept tidy. I’m a very clean person 😊

You’ll be living with me, my dog and my 6-year-old son, who’s here every other week, in school during the day, and in bed by 7 PM. He’s a very sweet, quiet kid.
