Room can be delivered furnished or unfurnished. The room faces north and has a spacious closet, ceiling fan and blackout blinds. Shared bathroom with one other woman. Near CSDH University, 110, 405, 91, and 710 freeways, mall with movie theater, IKEA, 24 Hour Fitness, markets, restaurants and parks.
Common areas include kitchen, living room and laundry. Ample parking on the street with a permit. House rules include no indoor smoking, vaping, or cannabis, illegal drugs, pets, overnight guests, cleaning up after oneself and being courteous and respectful to housemates. Females Preferred.
About the roomies
About me: I am a 68 year old active business woman. I am a christian who enjoys many activities outside of my home. I enjoy movies, reading, social activities, travel and exercise. There is one other female tenant who works from home with graphics on her computer in her room.
