Spacious basement room in five points. Bedroom has with bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet. Living space is furnished and shared with 1 other occupant (myself). Appliances are shared but new and in good condition. Unit has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, and fridge. While a basement apartment, unit has good natural lighting. House is within walking distance of multiple coffee shops, parks, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood but still ~10 minutes from downtown.

Rest of house is similarly rented out and landlord is agreeable. All units are accessible via a central stair; entry does not require going through anyone’s house.

Who I am: I am a consultant and spend most of my time working. I am conscientious and clean. My extroverted hobbies are basketball, hiking, board games, and concerts. My introverted hobbies are weightlifting, reading, and painting.

What I am looking for: I am looking for a roommate to join my lease. a conscientious, communicative roommate. I am open to most anyone agreeable who wants to enjoy a solid home base.
