About the roomies
My partner and I are looking for a someone to sublease the unit. We are both working in the city and have really enjoyed the living in Irving Park. My partner and I both climb and I love running in the neighborhood. The sublessee would have the unit to themselves. It is a three flat and only one other person lives in the building. The landlord has agreed that the sublessee would have an option start a new lease after the sublease ends!
