3 bedroom house, 1.5 bath, utilities included in rent, no overnight guest. Washer and Dryer. Kitchen Privileges, Sun Room, Fenced back yard with storage unit. Furnished. Must be neat and clean, keep room and bathroom clean. Absolutely NO CATS! Sorry but it’s an Allergy issue. I work from home so need a roommate who has a steady job with daytime hours.
