This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood in Happy Valley, just a short walk from Clackamas Town Center mall and public transit hub!

The available bedroom has its own full bathroom right next door, making it private and convenient. We are on the first floor, so no stairs! We have in-unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a lovely patio/balcony. The available, assigned parking spot is steps outside the door in the driveway.

The location is my favorite part. We are tucked away from interstate noise, surrounded by trees and getting plenty of natural light. We are just down the street from Mount Scott Elementary School so the neighborhood is respectful, safe, and family-oriented.

I am a 25-year-old professional and homebody who is still getting to know Portland after being here for a little over 2 and half years. I’m originally from Louisiana, and grew up right outside New Orleans. I thrive on routine and love coming home to a calm, quiet space, so I’m looking for someone with a similar low-key lifestyle.

I’m a very creative person, so when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me in my room painting, putting together a book nook, or learning a new intricate craft while re-watching a show with my headphones in. This is my version of entering flow state, lol. I’m also a huge fan of live entertainment - theatre, musicals, drag shows, stand-up, live music, etc. I love trying new restaurants and cafes (always looking for the best matcha latte) as well as getting out into nature, but am just as happy staying in.

I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community so please only apply if you’re cool with that :) I am also 420 friendly and just ask that smoking occurs on the patio or near an open window.

As for what I’m looking for in a roommate, honestly, just someone chill who respects personal space and keeps shared areas tidy. My room is my organized chaos, so I’m not here to judge anyone’s personal space - just the shared stuff! No pets, please, as I have allergies.
