Good size 1,100 sq ft apartment, located on the first floor that offers a comfortable living environment with a variety of common spaces, including a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, pantry with full size in unit washer and dryer, living room, and a back deck with grill.

The room is approx. 12x11, currently furnished, but furnishing can be removed and can fit a queen bed.

Location is between Jamaica Pond and Centre Street. 39 bus is around the corner, 10 min walk to the orange line, 15 to the Green Line E.

About Me I’m a 42-year-old architect, typically out of the house most of the day for work, with monthly business travel. Weekends are my time to shine in the kitchen, and during the winter, you’ll find me on the ski slopes. In the spring and summer, I’m usually hiking or kayaking. I generally maintain a consistent, scheduled daily weekday routine. I enjoy a quiet and respectful home environment, and I’m always up for a friendly chat or sharing a meal. Been living by myself for awhile and looking for a little short term change.
