Single bedroom, all utilities, Internet included for the price you have to be clean polite as I am considerate I’m OK with a pet but not too many please in a beautiful north west corner town right by the dam I work 60 to 70 hours a week. I’m only home from 9 PM till 7:30 AM I’m very clean. I love to cook and meal prep as well. I love to share if you like a stable and safe space. No couples single ladies only please 420 is OK. I retired smoking occasionally I will smoke drinking is OK music is OK. Plenty of yard space, one private parking spot available Washer dryer in the house big fridge plenty of room big living room will show more photos of the property and interview person to person before signing lease would appreciate household help I currently do everything alone but if you want to help with chores, it would be very appreciated but not required just clean up after your self please as I do myself!
About the roomies
I’m a bachelor 28 years old. Extremely focused on my career and business. I’m a foreman for a European repair shop in Southington and I also own my own business I work a lot so I’m rarely home looking for someone that will respect the property my safe Haven in person interview is required. We can also do a walk-through after or before the in person interview. I’m very clean considerate I love to cook and I do meal preps if you’re looking to save money or gain financially I have plenty of good advice and habits. A little bit of help around the house would be great not required and not forced I keep up with it as is. No couples friends and family are fine to visit. Just please be respectful and polite as I am. I have no pets anymore (ex stole my son/cat) I have a lot of stuff tv’s furniture ect that isn’t ever used me casa tu casa use what ever you’d like eat food ect.
