I am willing to discount the rent in exchange for cooking or cleaning as I have a very busy schedule. you will have your own space to park, but I prefer those with smaller vehicles to conserve space. the room comes with a shared bathroom. I am looking for someone who does not do drugs, smoke or drink and is relatively clean. no animals you have to be able to get along with my other roommates.

I am a 25y/o male grad student looking to share my space with a responsible roommate. I do not do drugs smoke or drink. I’m agnostic and have no animals, nor any kids. I do have other roommates. I am opened to all backgrounds, but I get up early so you cannot disturb my sleep or general schedule. I am ususally out most of the day during the week, I work at a hospital.
