I’m renting out my basement. You’ll have your own room, your own bathroom, your own lounging area and a wet bar all to yourself. Need a work space…no worries, the basement has one of those too!! No need to fight other tennents for a parking spot, as you’ll have your own! I’m renting the whole basement out for only $1,000/mo. If that’s too pricey, I do have a room upstairs that is also available. You’ll still get your own bathroom! I’m renting one room TOTAL. I will also be living in the house, so we don’t have to be best friends, but would be nice to be social together occasionally. Looking for clean, respectful, courteous people with integrity.

i’m a professional guy who’s drug free (420 isn’t included in “drugs”), smoke free, and rarely drinks. If I do drink it’s typically a dram or two in a night. That being said, I’m more than fully stocked as I’m in the alcohol business, so if you drink responsibly, I’m more than happy to share. I’m a huge dog lover so if you have a doggo, you’d have a built in dog sitter! I tolerate cats, so if you have one and it is truly house broken and non-destructive of furniture, I’m open to cats. I have 0 arrests or criminal record. I’m looking for the same. Haha. Looking for a professional person to rent a room out to. No drama, laid back. We don’t have to be best friends, but would be nice to be social at times (my social battery is small). 420 friendly. Male or female, but must be clean, respectful of property, drug free.
