Largest room in the apartment and on the ground floor. Property has a pool area, and two different small community gyms. There’s a parking space open for you if you take the room as that gets charged into the package of the rent. Kitchen is small but that’s apartment life you know. Living room is unused so you’re welcome to take advantage of it, it even has a fireplace! Room is not furnished though so make sure to bring your own furniture! I also cover the internet and power bills since they tend to be less than $300 combined. I do this for my own sake and sanity but consider it a bonus! Oh, trash and water are included in the rent and has already been calculated into the listing. The dumpster and recycling dumpster is a short less than 5 minute walk from the apartment too! The complex is also quite close to a bus stop if you prefer to take advantage of that!

Just myself Justin Leonard in the apartment, my room is closest to the door too. I’m pretty laid back, a bit of a mix of a geek, nerd, and anime fan. I’m generally quiet and since the bathrooms separate the rooms, you generally won’t be able to hear anything from me anyway.
