I am currently living in a townhouse on the south end of Corvallis. About a 10min drive from campus or 15min bike ride. My roommate is moving out at the end of the month and I am looking for someone to fill his spot. Rent would be about $900 a month. That includes the cost of electricity and Wifi. There is a shared back yard, free parking, on site laundry. The place is pet friendly, although it is a smaller place and the yard isn’t very big You would be able to move in by early-mid April. I’m a Masters student studying biochemistry. A lot of my time is spent in my lab. When I’m not doing lab work I like to play outside. I love Mountain Biking, Nordic skiing, hiking all that fun stuff. I like watching sports, playing video games, I also love to cook. I like to keep my space clean and organized and I am generally I quiet person.
