The single-family home (4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms) is located in Middletown, DE, approximately 20 minutes from Christiana Mall and 35 minutes from Wilmington. You would have your own private bedroom & bathroom, with the option to choose between a furnished room (available at an additional cost) or an unfurnished room.

I am seeking serious tenants who are interested in a 1-year lease agreement. In addition to rent, the tenant would be responsible for half of the Wi-Fi bill, half of the utilities/electric, and half of the waste removal service.

Included amenities: • Washer & dryer • Free parking • Lawn care is included; tenants are responsible for snow removal.

• Furnished room: $1,300/month (utilities not included) • Unfurnished room: $1,200/month (utilities not included)

· WiFi portion - $45, · Waste removal portion - $30, · Utilities (electric, ac/ heat, water) - can vary depending on the season, typically ranging from around $400 to $700 per month during the colder winter months. That total would be split evenly between us each month. (So basically, it all depends on us! Lol)

I’m 32 and work in the financial industry. I have a hybrid schedule, but I primarily work from home. I’m very down-to-earth, generally keep to myself, but I’m also open to hanging out and being friendly as roommates.

When I’m not working, I enjoy working out, going to concerts, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. I also take pride in keeping a clean, organized, and peaceful living environment.

With the cost of living continuing to rise, I’m hoping to find a respectful and responsible roommate who values personal space, cleanliness, and treating shared spaces and belongings with care.

A background check will be required, and the cost will be credited toward your first month’s rent. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent will also be required.
