The kitchen is a shared space upstairs, with cabinet space reserved for renters, and the laundry room is a shared space on the same floor as the apartment. The neighborhood has an HOA, and the renter will have access to the community pools and fitness center. The house is located 15 minutes from Downtown Woodstock. Pets are welcome (excluding cats due to allergies), and the backyard is fenced. Safety deposit is $300, and rent is a flat $1,000/mo.
