Large kitchen area, Hiking trails nearby, and many more plus sides. Heating not included in rent because it is variable but usually under 500 for whole year or more

Looking for one to two roomates. The shared bathroom is clean and is kept that way. There is a kitchen that we all share with plenty of space and amenities.
