This is a home that is located in a subdivision within the city of Magna. It’s a 5 bedroom home that I am currently looking to add a new roommate. My daughter is one of the roommates that will be living at the house. Along with another friend of hers here as well. It is a two story home with rooms upstairs and downstairs. There is the main Kitchen that is upstairs which is accessible for everyone to use as needed. It has a laundry room downstairs that will also be accessible for everyone. I have 1 room upstairs that is available . The two rooms downstairs will be for her and her friend. I have parking enough for 4 cars and a full fenced back yard. Other than the rent for the room all the utilities will be covered including internet.

I have lived in this house for the last 16 years and have spent a lot of time upgrading my property. I grew up religious and have my personal beliefs but let everyone decide for themselves. I have recently divorced and honestly love my house but don’t really need all the space to myself. Looking to help out other people that might be looking for a quiet drama free space to give their life a little normalcy and stability. I have no issues with people who smoke as long as you do it outside. Drinking is okay again as long as it doesn’t become an issue with anyone living in my home. I have been in the Air Force Reserves for the last 17 years and have learned to respect everyone and only ask the same in return for everyone in the home.
