**3rd picture will be the room available.

• 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, living room, and a kitchen room.
• It is a 2 floor apartment. We will be living on the second floor (only one apartment on each floor)
• Heat and water is included, but we pay electric and gas for stove and heating hot water.
• There are lots of room in shared space, we will also have our own closet space in living room.
• Our room is on the opposite side of house, we do not share walls.
• There is no Laundry in building but there is one few minutes walk from the apartment

You will share the apartment with one male professional . I am clean, quiet, and respect personal space. The area is very safe for night runs and general recreation.
