A fully furnished room located downtown Cadillac is available for rent on a month to month basis or for a 4 to 6 month lease beginning in May and will conclude in the month of October. The location of the house will be disclosed to the tenant at the time of selection. The general location of the house is on the East end of Chapin Street, in downtown Cadillac. The house is walking distance to the hospital, downtown, and the white pine trail.

House Details: 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Shared living room, bathroom, sunroom and kitchen. There is a backyard patio for enjoying nice weather and grilling, a basement for storage, garage space for a bike / outdoor gear with tools available for use, street parking, and sometimes backyard parking. Washer and drier are on site and rent includes all utilities. There is currently no wifi, but that can be discussed. Rent is $675 a month (the potential to negotiate exists for the right candidate) and a $600 security deposit.

The Room specifically is in a private corner of the house. Good natural light, a large desk, a closet, a dresser (not in photo), and a full-size bed with bedding.

I am a young working professional who stays busy with remodeling my house, staying active at the gym or outdoors (hunting, biking, paddling or camping), works full time 8 to 4:30 and sometimes longer. I live a relatively simple and quite lifestyle. I’m an up early and to bed early guy most of the time. I volunteer at my church and don’t smoke. I do consume alcohol on occasion. I’m looking for another fully employed professional who is respectful, cleans up after themselves, is drama free, and is a full-time adult.

Again this space if fully furnished no need to move anything in the home.
