About the room
1,800 Square Foot Condo located in a very private and quiet neighborhood. You will have your own room and own bathroom. You will be responsible for 50% of the HOA fees, Electricity, Gas, Internet, Water Softener Rental, Salt for Water Softener. And 50% of any maintenance or repairs. FYI: No repairs have been needed in many years. Everything is well kept.
About the roomies
My current roommate is moving out in June because he is getting married. FYI: We are devout Christians, so you may want to consider this. I am an entrepreneur that works from home. I keep to myself and stay in my room most of the time. We keep the atmosphere very peaceful. We take our shoes off at the door entry to keep the home clean. We keep our things separate. We do our dishes quickly and do not leave dishes in the sink for more than a few hours. We clean up after ourselves. So looking for someone similar that can respect the rules.
