I’m in between 6th and 7th on Washington, uptown enough where I don’t hear anything from my bars, but downtown enough that everything is in walking distance (To prove the point, I literally sold my car in the last year) 🚗 ❌

Rent will be around 1.8-1.9k a month, laundry downstairs, & living space will be fully furnished. Path is a 15 minute walk& bus stop is a minute away. Happy to send more pics! 🤳
