No storage No overnight guest unless approved prior to and for a limited time only.
Must be mindful of others. Must be free of any drugs and alcohol usage Must pay on time there will be a late fee added if paid after the due date. Must maintain apartment clean. Must communicate any issues right away. Must be ok with a month to month agreement .I am hoping to get the right responsible Tennant that can extend their stay if needed. FYI we do have an indoor n outdoor cat. His name is Jimmy. If you leave your cadita open he will walk right in. I suggest keeping doors closed at all times. Thank you. Room is furnished but I can remove anything you need removed that you want to replace with your own stuff. Ex bed, sofa, dinning table. It has its regular Fridge, microwave and stove top that will need to stay. You cannot bring your own.
