Here’s my situation. I moved here on my own thinking I would be able to sustain myself in a single bedroom unit. But it seems I was wrong, not in today’s economy.

I’m tired of not having money for food, as everything goes towards my bills first. I am looking for someone in their 20s or 30s to help split my rent (it’s only $1000 total), and to help pay for groceries when needed. I pay the electric. My couch is comfy enough to sleep, but if you really really prefer a bed, I can move to the living room. You do not need to bring much furniture as it is a small unit. You MUST have a job occupation.

The unit is on the 1st floor, comes with a working dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer & dryer. There’s two hallway closets, and outside storage on the front porch (not climate controlled).

I am currently the only one living in this unit. I’ve been a 3rd shift assistant manager at a grocery store just down the road. I also edit Youtube videos for a content creator. I’m very hard working.
