✨Convenience: Located off Hwy 24/27, just 10 minutes from I-485 (Exit 41), 15 minutes to Harrisburg, 25 minutes to UNCC, and 35 minutes to Uptown Charlotte. Only 3 minutes from the Locust Walmart Supercenter and a nearby shopping area with restaurants, cell phone providers, and personal care services.

Our space is a great fit for someone who values a quiet and respectful environment.

🏡The home is well-kept, respectful, and calm. We own a 9 year old Vizsla mix that is friendly, but very chilled and mostly stays in our room, living room or sun-bathing now that it’s warm.

💰 Pricing: • $800/month (for stays 2 months or more), but reasonably negotiable. • $225/week (stays less than 2 months)

Our main priority is finding someone responsible, respectful, and easy to coexist with. We’re happy to answer questions, chat, or even do a quick video call to make sure it’s a good match for both sides.

Property is occupied by my husband, his aunt (temporarily) and myself. We have a 45 pound, 9-year-old dog that is very chilled and well trained.
