Spacious bedroom with private ensuite available in my two bedroom condo. Bedroom is furnished with queen bed, sitting area, TV and small desk with filing cabinet and bookcase. Bathroom includes updated fixtures and shower. Bedroom has 3 closets. The condo is fully furnished and renter will have access to all areas on the first floor including kitchen, dining room and laundry room as well as a private patio/garden area. One covered parking space is included along with pool privileges during the summer.

I’m responsible and chill seeking similar to share my two bedroom condo. You MUST like dogs because I have two of them. I am a non-smoker and smoking is NOT permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted on the private patio.
