Lots of plants in the house. Close to the mountains, far enough from the noise, but central enough for practicality when travelling between Salt Lake and Utah County.

Rent price is negotiable. I am really looking for someone who is vegan. I have tried the route of non-vegans who claim they can keep animal products out of the house, but that has failed too many times previously. I am not trying to teach people how to be vegan, start a cult, or be anybody’s daddy. It is a boundary for the living space.

Chill, kind. Honesty, trust, respect, and care are most valuable to me for a roomie. I have lived in various situations with probably a higher amount of different people than the average person experiences. I am fairly clean, active, and do social work. Pretty much working all the time, but it makes home feel like a temple. Hiking whenever I can, working on getting graduate credits and acceptance into a PhD at The U (Philosophy and/or Neuroscience). UVU alumni, undergrad integrating psych/phil/bio/ethics.
