We have two friendly dogs that are great with people. However, they are not good with other dogs, so no additional pets.

Not a party house — more of a chill, recharge-type home. Ideal for someone who’s busy, independent, and just wants a solid place to live.
The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and family-oriented, so we keep things respectful — especially when it comes to noise and late nights.
