This is a private room with closet in a split level house. -Short term or long term renal. -All utilities are included -Has a parking spot off of the road.

This house is a corner house with a backyard. The laundry room, kitchen, living room and backyard are a communal space. We have 2 dogs and cats that live on the property, as well as chickens.

There are 3 adults living here. One student, one phd student, and a married couple with a kiddo. Everyone is busy with work and school and are away from the home at various times. Your room would be downstairs with both students. We all get along great and would love to keep it that way.
