This house is located on a canal on Tiki Island, just 10 minutes to hospital, the Strand and beaches on Galveston Island.Room has a queen sized bed, 2 night stands,1 large dresser,32 inch smart tv, 2 large windows, ceiling fan, and closet with well designed shelves to maximize storage. You will have access to all the living area space, except my bedroom area. You will have a parking lane in the driveway. Tiki Island has its on police department and is safe and well secured.

About the roomies

I have live on the property for 16 months and I just lease the entire upstairs area. Which is 3 bedroom 2 bath. My plan is to only rent 1 bedroom so it doesn’t crowd the living space.
