You would have the East wing of the house- including 3 private rooms- a furnished den (some or all of the furnishings can be removed if you prefer to furnish the den with some of your own things) unfurnished bedroom (10 X 14) and bathroom. It is a split floorplan. I reside in the West wing on the opposite side of the house. Shared rooms include kitchen, dining and laundry room. Central A/C, large ceiling fans throughout with black out drapes over the blinds in the bedroom. Additional closet, shelf space and drawers are available in the den if needed. A driveway parking space is available for you and street parking for guests is available. House is located at the end of a street next to a mountain preserve. Located just off the 101 on the border of Phoenix/North Glendale/Peoria, 20 min to Scottsdale, 30 min to downtown Phoenix and a 6 min drive to Midwestern University.
