About the room
Hi… I have a large furnished room to rent to a single occupant within the Desert Shores community. It’s $1000 mth/$350 deposit. The room includes a separate bath, private pantry, utilities, wireless internet, use of the washer and dryer, kitchen, dining room, living room, club house and pool . The home is centrally located on the west side in an active life style and safe community. And is walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bakery, dry cleaners and several beautiful lakes. It is minutes to Boca Park, Tivoli, and downtown Summerlin. I’m seeking a roommate that is honest, responsible, respectful, communicative, tidy and Very pet-friendly. I have two little female Yorkies that are well training and extremely lovable and a cat that thinks she’s a dog. This house is a home and is very easy going low key, laid back environment with no drama. :) Safety is always number one so, background and credit check is necessary.
About the roomies
Chill person. Bit of a homebody that loves to cook and garden. I’m seeking a roommate that is honest, responsible, respectful, communicative, tidy and pet-friendly. I also care for my senior disabled father with parkinson’s. Rental could included possible option to work from home providing Very part-time senior care assistance for the right person.
