About the room

I have two upstairs bedrooms for rent that share a Jack and Jill bathroom, both share balcony space to include an upstairs deck. Shared common spaces include living/dining room, kitchen and large backyard. Other amenities include Central A/C and heater, W/D, dishwasher, trash compactor and driveway parking. This is a safe quiet neighborhood that’s very close to the college.

About the roomies

I am a male in my fifties that travels frequently so I do like the idea of foreign students, traveling medical professionals etc, but that’s not a deal breaker. I’m fairly quiet yet social but respect privacy.
