I have a room for rent in a 3br 1 and a half bath house in north Minneapolis 1 block off Victory Memorial Parkway.
There is a 7 year old kennel trained 15lb Bichon-poodle that lives in the home. Rent is $750 all utilities and high speed Xfinity WiFi included
The room is furnished with a queen bed and dresser. This can removed if you have your own furniture.
Washer/dryer in basement Outdoor space include enclosed porch and fenced yard. Central heating and air
Common areas are to be kept clean and orderly at all times.

About the roomies
I like to be active and workout 4-5 days a week in the early mornings at 5AM. I enjoy reading, cooking, art, running, biking and travel.
