I have a private room and designated bathroom in a 4 bed/3 bath home. I am looking for a clean and respectful individual to rent it out.

The room itself is furnished with a good size closet. The kitchen and laundry room are well equipped and there is fiber internet for stable service. I have a few living spaces so it’ll be easy to relax outside the room as well. I’ve also installed a whole house water filter and softener.

Additional perks would include access to amenities within the neighborhood including pools, fitness facilities, pickleball courts, etc.

I will be meeting with individuals in person before committing to any rental agreements.

I live in the home and have no desire to turn it into a multi-tenant rent house so no other unknown people to contend with. I work in technology, easy going, and typically just play some games or watch some shows if I am staying in.
