This bedroom is at the front of the house above the garage, and is 118” x 168”. It has 3 sliding doors to the closet. Pictures to come when current tenant moves out in the next few days. There’s the living room with a fireplace that you can use, as well. The kitchen/dining room common area are shared, along with the backyard. There’s a gas grill you can use. There’s a little storage area in the garage you can use too. Driveway and street parking right out front of the house available.

One GenX woman currently resides here and is in the downstairs bedroom. I keep to myself usually but I get along with pretty much anyone. A couple formed from the previous roommates and they moved in with their kids to another house. This is a very quiet neighborhood and most of the neighbors have owned their homes for decades. Great community though. Von’s is right in the neighborhood so that’s super convenient.
