North 49th Street

Located only a few blocks from Greenlake and Woodlawn Park, this house has the perfect location–near the buzz of Wallingford’s 45th St shops but far enough away to be quiet at night. The house itself has a fenced backyard, sun porch, and a large living room with a working fireplace. There is one driveway parking spot and an abundance of street parking. The property has has a washer and dryer on site, and the kitchen is equipped with gas stovetop, oven, microwave, and 2 fridges.

The room itself has two windows that face south over the backyard and a private closet. The bathroom is shared. It is currently occupied, so I can’t take pictures of it, but it’s about 16x16 ft.

One dog (Max) already lives in the house, so other dogs are welcome, but they must be introduced to Max before acceptance.

Utilities are not included but tend to range between $120-150 for all combined. Smoking inside is not allowed.

Right now, it’s me, Suzanne, and Max (dog) who live here. Max, though a little dog, has a loud bark. He loves barking at strangers, but he warms up quickly and is highly food motivated. In the summer, he likes to sit in the backyard and enjoy the sun.

I work downtown on a 4x10 shift, so somedays you wont see that much of me. I’m a woman,and I’m in my mid twenties. For hobbies,I play Dungeons and Dragons and am slowly working my way back into shape for rowing. I also have discovered the joys of crockpot cooking and am happy to share.

There is one other bedroom that is currently unoccupied, though my cousin may take it. He enjoys video games, painting, and cooking.
