2 Rooms Available starting May 1st, Rent due After signing Roommate Agreement and on the 1st for the months moving forward. Rent is Month by Month, Utilities to be split between all roommates. Bus Stop right by house, Neighborhood is generally quiet and safe, mainly families and elderly folk around us. House is in need of a few repairs. We have a pool that is in the middle of repairs, we have pest control (that’s safe for animals) who comes around 1 every 2 months. Parking spaces outside of house for roommates only, no set spots just be mindful when having guests over. 15 minutes towards Spring Valley and the Mall.

Im pretty relaxed, our house is progressive and LGBT friendly, we are also ok with smoking as long as it’s kept to the rooms and properly ventilated (and outdoors for cigarettes). I have a small cat who is basically my child, he roams the house freely and so I require roommates who are respectful and responsible around animals, I am also open to other kitties if you have one, as long as we introduce them gently ofc. My partner shares a room with me, He is a full-time music student and is in a band who semi-regularly meets to practice so expect music to be played (we are mindful and will communicate when this happens). We are both open, straightforward communicators, and we keep to ourselves mainly. We are usually out for school and work but generally stay in on our days off. Chores and Shared Space rules are pretty straightforward, everything is listed in Agreement (given once communication proceeds), but it all just boils down to Be Respectful of each other, open communication is key in this house, clean up after yourselves, and be mindful. All rent negotiations are done through Landlady, I have been given consent in acting in her stead to find people to rent the other rooms. Security Deposit is half of base rent and given once agreement is signed, the other half will be when you actually move in.
