This private mid-size corner room is 15’ x 10’ and features a secure key-locking door and closet with adjustable shelving. Currently in the process of getting new LVP flooring. Can be furnished with a full-size bed upon request if needed. Utilities included: water, sewer, gas, electricity, and high-speed internet. The front door has a pin pad entry and automatically locks behind someone for greater security.
You’ll have full access to common areas including an equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room, laundry facilities, front and back patios, and hot tub.
Location: Walking distance to Albany’s historic district, bus/train station, downtown restaurants, coffee shops, and Albany Hospital. (Note: train noise at night.)

About the House: Currently 3 residents and friendly toy poodles. No chores or utilities to worry about, however everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and respects each other’s space. Looking for a quiet, responsible tenant. We are 420 tolerant. Smoking outside (unless vaping in your room and it doesn’t smell up the house) is okay, but this is not a party house. Ideal for: working professionals, hospital staff, or full-time students.
For everyone’s security, no overnight guests.
Deposit: $800 (refundable, payment plan available). If you are someone who likes to keep things tidy, we could discuss a discount on rent for a few hours every week.
