This is a 3 bed 3 bath unit. It’s in a good neighborhood with students and families throughout. It’s 1300 sqft, big living room and decent size rooms with good size closets. Each room has their own bathroom with one bathroom that is also accessible from the living room. There’s a parking pad with enough room for 3 cars. There’s a patio out back and small yard. I have a grill and out door seating. I also have a washer and dryer in the unit available to use. It’s already furnished through out since it was being used as an Airbnb but I’d rather have roomates now. Each room has a bed and end tables you’re welcome to use or if you’d rather bring your own that’s fine. There is a big couch and recliner and roku tv in the living room. The house is close to Walmart and paces to eat and about 2 miles from the university . It also has a river transit stop at the beginning of the neighborhood for students or on game days.

I live here but I travel for work so I’m gone a lot. I’m laid back, I enjoy fitness and physical activities like hiking and kayaking. I like eating healthy and cooking when I can and watching movies. I enjoy watching the nba but rarely do. I’m really just looking for other quality people with good employment that are trustworthy and need a place to stay.
