About the room
Enjoy a stay in Simla Colorado at the Caribou Inn. We are rehabbing/refreshing an old log cabin motel and turning it into a furnished monthly rental where we pay all the utilities. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your stay. Each unit is a typical motel unit. It has a queen sized bed with bedding, microwave, smaller fridge, desk and chair. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. If you don’t need it furnished, rent would be $550/month
About the roomies
The motel will eventually have 12 or 13 units, a pay laundry room, a simple community kitchen area along with a living quarters if we ever want to turn it into a short term stay motel.
